Presented by Michael Jascz

Join Michael Jascz and a guest facilitator for a weekend workshop inspired by the work of David Deida and related teachings.

In this workshop we will explore conscious intimacy with a partner as well as within ourselves. Knowing your sexual essence, be it masculine or feminine, is essential for deeper love, deeper devotion and deeper trust.

Through partner exercises, breath work, yoga and separate men's and women's sessions, you will discover which essence is most true of you and relax into it.

We will explore key elements of what we most want to share in an intimate relationship and practice these in skillful expression with others who are ready for a conscious relationship.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

-Are you masculine or feminine? Know the deepest essence of your sexual core.

-Practice real trust, deep presence and openness with a partner.

-Discover and explore your innate gifts in intimacy.

-Undo energy blocks using breath and movement.

-Integrate a new vocabulary to serve all your relationships.
