Presented by Michael
Jascz
Join Michael Jascz, Shanti Owen and Suzanne Sutton for a weekend workshop
inspired by the work of David Deida and other related teachings. In this
workshop we will explore conscious intimacy with a partner as well as
within ourselves. We will also practice putting the heart at ease, whether
in a partnership or not.
Society is in transition with regard to the changes in traditional gender roles and expectations. There is a need for clarity, understanding and integration. We will practice a new style of relating in intimacy where, in a safe setting, you can relax and yield the protected sense of self.
We will investigate key elements of what we most want to feel, which is our own heart and incorporate that in skillful expression of your core sexual essence, be it masculine or feminine, with others who are passionate about conscious relationships. The workshop will include partner exercises, breath work, yoga and separate men's and women's sessions.
